• How can I be sure of the quality of my diamond?
  Our Diamonds are 100% Natural. They all come with a certificate to prove this.
• Do your products come with a hallmark?
  Yes, All our products come with a UK hallmark. The hallmark is stamp of proof of which metal the item is e.g Gold, Platinum.
• How are the items packaged and/or presented?
  Presentation is important. At ZS Diamonds, every purchase is delivered ready to give that special someone. We take the diamond or jewellery purchase a step further by providing stylish packaging. Click here to view our packaging.
• What is the carat quality of the gold?
  All gold sold through this site is Hallmarked 18ct.
• Is there a showroom where I can view your products?
  Yes, we have a showroom in Manchester, if you would like to view our diamonds/jewellery please call 0161 929 5164 to arrange an appointment.
• What are conflict diamonds?
  A conflict diamond (also called a blood diamond or a war diamond) is a diamond mined in a war zone and sold, usually clandestinely, in order to finance an insurgent or invading army's war efforts. ZS Diamonds does NOT have any of these diamonds listed on this website. For more information please click here.
• Do you provide a Valuation certificate with your products?
  Yes, we do provide a certificate of Valuation for every product on this site worth £1000 or more.

• Do you offer care / maintenance on products?
  Yes, we offer a few different options for product care, please click here for further information.
• How much does it cost to re-size a ring?
  If you happen to get the ring size wrong then we do charge a fee of £50. If you don't know the size of the ring, then we can make it as an average finger size and that can be changed at a later date, at no cost. Please note: Rings that have diamonds all the way round cannot be re-sized.
• Can I return my ring if i'm not happy?
  Yes, if you are not happy with your ring then it can be returned please click here for the terms and conditions of returns.
• Can I exchange a ring?
  Yes, if you are not happy with your ring then it can be exchanged for something else, please click here for the terms and conditions for exchanges.
• Can I upgrade my ring in the future?
  Yes, we can buy back the ring at the same price you purchased it at, minus the VAT, and then you would just pay the difference in price.

• Can I order over the phone?
  Yes, To order over the phone please call us on 0161 929 5164. Ordering over the phone would mean that you agree to our terms. Please read our terms click here.
• What payment types do you accept?
  We accept the following cards: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo/Maestro and American Express. We also accept cheques and bank transfers. Please Note: Orders placed with American Express cards will be subject to a 3% addition fee of the total order value.
• Do you have a brochure?
  Yes, if you would like to see our brochure please call 0161 929 5164 to request it. Our brochure has the same engagement ring designs as on this website. aswell as many other pieces of diamond and gem set jewellery.
• Can items be sent to a different delivery address?
  If you want to deliver your item(s) to a different delivery address please click here to view our conditions regarding this. We are cautious on this issue as we get many fraudulent attempts.
• How long will my order take to arrive?
  Depending on what you want to order it usually takes approx 14 working days. To get a confirmed delivery date please call us on 0161 929 5164.
• Which courier company do you use?
  Within the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail. We send our parcels Royal Mail Special Delivery, all delivery's are fully insured.
• What is a Valuation certificate?
  A valuation certificate is a document that states the full retail value of a diamond or of a piece of jewellery. This is used for insurance purposes. All our products worth over £1000 are provided with this certificate.

Ring Size Information

• The ring i want to buy is a surprise, so how am i meant to get her ring size?
  To get an accurate ring size is very unlikely, your best bet would be to purchase the ring then have it re-sized after your proposal.
• Do you charge to resize a ring?
  Yes if you have asked for a ring to be made a certain size and found out that it does not fit then we do charge a fee of £50. Please note: Rings that have diamonds all the way round cannot be re-sized. But if you were uncertain of the size and we made the ring to an average ladies finger size then we do not charge for changing the size.
• What is the best way to measure my ring size?
  You could pop into your local jeweller. But if that is not possible then it would be best to request a ring sizer below.
