Delivery Information

As well as delivering within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

All orders within the European Union are subject to VAT @ 17.5%
All prices on the website are shown inclusive of VAT

All orders outside the European Union are VAT free and 17.5% will be taken off the total at the checkout area.
Please Note: Orders outside the EU are subject to local import taxes on finished jewellery or loose diamonds.

Delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland

There is no charge for delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

For delivery within the UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and for delivery in Republic of Ireland parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Signed for.

All delivery's require a signature and are fully insured until signed for.

Most items are sent within 10 working days. We will allways inform you before we send your parcel.

If there is going to be any delay with your order we will inform you immediately.

For urgent delivery times please call us on 0161 929 5164.

If paying via Credit or Debit card, we can only send your purchase to the billing address of that card. Unless you can provide us with a copy of your card statement proving the card number and billing address. Unfortunately this is necessary to combat card fraud.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are delivered in tacked before signing for the parcel.

If paying via bank transfer/cheque your purchase can be send to any address of your choice.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom and Ireland

We have a few different methods of sending overseas.

These are Royal Mail International, FedEx and UPS

As our standard delivery option we use Royal Mail International Signed for. There is no charge for this delivery service. This will usually add up to 5 working days onto the delivery.

For both FedEx and UPS there is a £50 charge for items up to £5000 and £100 for items above £5000. This will usually add up to 3 working days onto the delivery.

BFPO Addresses

Unfortunately we can't send to BFPO addresses.
