Actress Elizabeth Taylor will wear a diamond-encrusted turban, worth £1.88 million, at her ninth wedding later this year, Diamonds.net news has reported. The Hollywood star, 78, will marry Jason Winters, 49, in front of 200 guests. Requests for symbolic crown jewel to be returned to India refused

Kimberley Process to review rough diamond exports in Zimbabwe

Last week the World Diamond Council ended its Annual Meeting in St. Petersburg with an agreement that will allow two rough diamond exports from the Marange diamond fields in Zimbabwe.
